Purpose
The purpose of “
Leadership in Ministry” is to equip ministry leaders and pastors with a Biblical foundation to leadership within ministry by emphasizing productivity, time management, and leadership concepts that glorify God, reinforce the family unit, and support the ministry calling.

Goal
The goal of Leadership in Ministry is to glorify God by providing resources for local churches, pastors, and ministry leaders that are:
  • Fundamentally Biblical
  • Purposefully Prayerful
  • Enthusiastically Helpful

How We Can Serve
Many churches hire consulting agencies to assist them in developing strategies in order to grow their local church ministry. While the strategy may look good on paper, implementing the strategy in the day-to-day details of ministry can be difficult. Ministry emergencies arise and the strategy can become an after thought.

Enter Leadership in Ministry!

We help ministers and ministry leaders in the local church lead their congregation by equipping them with tools to be more productive for the glory of God. We understand how difficult it can be to balance ministry and life, but we also understand the importance of making a plan for what’s most important and following through with the plan in order to see the results you have been praying for and invested in.

We can also help you develop a ministry plan for a specific ministry or a personal growth plan to help you grow as a leader. Contact us for more information on how we can serve you.

About Drake Caudill
At the age of twelve years old, I began preaching in local churches, youth camps, and various revivals. I graduated from both Welch College (2005), the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (2009), and currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership. W
ith over twenty years of local church ministry experience in various denominations and roles (volunteer, paid staff  both full time and part time, ministry support staff, and senior position), God has called me to serve in the local church and serve other local churches as He provides. I am also certified in Time Management Training.

Soli Deo Gloria is a phrase included in 'The Five Solas' that helped the Reformers summarize their theological beliefs.

Sola Scriptura - Scripture Alone
Solus Christus - Christ Alone
Sola Gratia - Grace Alone
Sola Fide - Faith Alone
Soli Deo Gloria - The Glory of God Alone

I seek to say aloud each day 'Soli Deo Gloria' because as a sinner, I often find myself seeking the glory of my personal agenda rather than the glory of God. May the thoughts, ideas, and resources on this site not elevate 'Drake', rather may they magnify 'The Glory of God Alone'. God is not a God is disorder (First Corinthians 14:33) and neither should our ministries be disorderly, rather they should reflect the God of Order and Peace.
